- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the red potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Arrange the potatoes cut-side down on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
- While the potatoes are roasting, trim the green beans. Place them in the same large bowl used for the potatoes. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- When the potatoes are tender, remove them from the oven and preheat your broiler to high.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in the center of the baking sheet with the potatoes. Add the green beans to the baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of Italian dressing over the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon halves over the entire baking sheet. If desired, slice the lemon and add the slices to the baking sheet.
- Broil the salmon, green beans, potatoes, and lemons for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are lightly browned. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
